Clarkson University Athletics

Jace Letourneau is a towering 6'5" left-shooting forward from Arnprior, Ontario, known for his imposing frame, scoring flair, and consistent production in junior hockey. He joins the Clarkson Golden Knights following a dominant tenure in the CCHL and a successful season in the BCHL. 

FRESHMAN YEAR (2025-26): Jace Letourneau emerged as an efficient offensive contributor during his freshman season at Clarkson. The forward appeared in 26 games and recorded seven goals and six assists for 13 points, finishing with a plus-five rating. He scored on seven of his 24 shots, producing a team-leading .292 shooting percentage...Letourneau’s production increased during ECAC Hockey play, where he collected six goals and four assists in 18 games. He finished with a plus-six conference rating and recorded one game-tying goal. His first collegiate goal came against Alaska Fairbanks on November 29, when he redirected a Luke Pakulak shot late in the opening period...One of Letourneau’s biggest moments came against Quinnipiac on January 31. He scored the tying goal with 5:38 remaining in regulation, helping Clarkson earn a point against the Bobcats. Letourneau also scored in the Golden Knights’ 8-7 overtime victory over Union before producing goals on consecutive nights at Yale and Brown. His goal against Brown helped Clarkson rally for a 4-3 overtime win...Letourneau also contributed during the postseason, assisting on Bryce Sookro’s game-winning goal in Clarkson’s ECAC Hockey quarterfinal victory at Quinnipiac. With his finishing ability, strong two-way results and continued production in important games, Letourneau established a promising foundation for his Clarkson career.

BEFORE CLARKSON: 

In the 2023–24 season, Jace led the Renfrew Wolves with 85 points, including 40 goals and 45 assists, in 55 games. His performance earned him the CCHL Most Valuable Player award, as well as the league's Scoring and Goal Scoring titles.  Recognized by the Wolves organization for his relentless work ethic, net-front danger, and advanced mobility for a player his size, coaches praised his progression and character as instrumental in earning his NCAA opportunity. 

Following his breakout CCHL campaign, Letourneau signed with the Brooks Bandits of the BCHL for the 2024–25 season, further showcasing his adaptability and offensive ability in a more competitive environment.  During the 2024–25 season, Jace recorded 34 points (11G, 23A) in 41 regular season games.
