Biography
FRESHMAN SEASON (2025-26): Raedyn Spademan delivered a productive sophomore season for Clarkson, appearing in all 35 games and establishing career highs with seven goals, eight assists and 15 points. The forward finished with a plus-eight rating and recorded 56 shots on goal. She also contributed one power-play goal, one shorthanded goal and the first game-winning goal of her collegiate career.
Spademan began the season by scoring in Clarkson’s 6-3 victory at Merrimack and added another goal at Providence in October. She then contributed assists in consecutive ECAC Hockey wins over Union and Brown before recording points in both games of Clarkson’s December series against St. Lawrence. The Cochrane, Alberta, native opened the second half with goals on consecutive days against Saint Michael’s, helping Clarkson earn victories of 15-0 and 9-0. Her strongest performance came against RPI on January 16, when she scored twice in a 7-1 victory for the first multi-goal game of her collegiate career. Spademan followed with an assist against Union the next afternoon, giving her four points over a three-game stretch.
Spademan remained productive late in the season, assisting in victories over Quinnipiac and Union before scoring her seventh goal at Yale. She finished ECAC Hockey play with three goals and six assists for nine points in all 22 conference games. With her speed, scoring ability and contributions in multiple situations, Spademan took another step forward during her sophomore campaign. Her increased production and consistent presence in the lineup established her as a valuable member of Clarkson’s forward group.

Get to know Raedyn: Daughter of Jodi Spademan & Jamie Spademan…Has two brothers, Trenton & Brenek and a sister, Mikenna…Trenton played baseball at the University of Calgary, Brenek is attending the University of Calgary taking Engineering and was on Team Canada for Power Lifting, and Mikenna is at the University of Alberta studying Pharmacy…She enjoys playing different sports such as volleyball, basketball, and golf, and playing spike ball and boating in the summer…Graduated from George Elliot Secondary School in 2024…Engineering & Management major here at Clarkson.
