Clarkson's Head Equipment Manager brings a high level of experience to the bench for the Golden Knights.
Pionk spent last season as the Head Equipment Manager with the AHL's Colorado Eagles, after spending the previous three seasons as the team’s assistant equipment manager.
Prior to making the jump to the AHL, he spent two seasons as the head equipment manager for the USHL's Omaha Lancers.
Pionk is a native of Hermantown, Minnesota and has also spent time with several NHL teams during development camps. Joe is the younger brother of current Winnipeg Jets defenseman Neal Pionk.
