The Series: The Green and Gold have won four straight against RIT and have also come away victorious six times in the last seven meetings dating back to 2018. None of those wins have been lopsided, however, as Clarkson has won by a single score on five occasions, including a 1-0 win against the Tigers last year in which Josh Baraka scored the lone goal at 13:02.

Key Stats for Clarkson (2-1-0): The Golden Knights found themselves on the short end of the shot tally for the first time in 2026 against Cortland State on Wednesday after outshooting opponents 31-8 in the first two contests. The Knights did, however, have chances against the Red Dragons, albeit wide of the frame. Sophomore goalkeeper Ian Burgos played well against his old team and now has a 0.67 goals against average and .833 save percentage in 270 minutes this year.

Key Stats for RIT (0-2-1): The Tigers have largely come up empty on offense with two goals in three games, despite a 39-24 edge in shots. The margin is closer (15-12) in shots on goal, but the Tigers are looking for a consistent scorer on which they can count upon. That name very well may be Gavin Culley, who has one of the two goals this year for RIT, and had seven points in 2025 when he found the back of the net twice and assisted on three other goals.
