Fresh off a win over a nationally-ranked team, the Clarkson University Men's Soccer team looks to continue its winning ways when the team hosts Bard College on Saturday afternoon at Hantz Field.

The Series: The Golden Knights are 11-1-1 since the Raptors joined the Liberty League early in the 2010s, and have gone 9-0-1 in the last 10 meetings. That one tie came a year ago when Bard appeared ready to walk away with a 2-1 win following a penalty kick goal in the 89th minute. However, Paul Rolland scored with 21 seconds to go to help the Knights salvage the tie.  

Key Stats for Clarkson (5-3-2, 1-2-1 Liberty League): Freshman Bodie Smith was a frequent goal scorer for the Knights in the early going of the season, but the offensive contributions have evened out in the last handful of games. Five players have scored two goals or more for the Knights in 2026, the most for the team since Clarkson had eight such players in 2019. Behind Smith's 14 points are Rolland with seven points as well as Zach Ruthfield with seven points.

Key Stats for Bard (7-4-0, 0-4-0 Liberty League): Although the Raptors are winless in conference, the team has shown well in the losses, falling by one goal to nationally-ranked Hobart and St. Lawrence. Bard is looking for similar offense from its non-conference games where the team has averaged just under two goals per game in seven wins. The team has mustered three goals in league games, but allowed nine of its 10 goals in 2026 against Liberty League foes. Henry Skeltis leads the team with nine points (4-1-9) and is followed closely by Emmett Olson (3-2-8).
