The Series: The first time out against Hobart, the Knights fell into an early 18-3 hole and trailed by double figures for the rest of the first half before making a furious comeback in a 76-65 loss to the Statesmen. Against RIT, four of the team's five starters finished in double figures, outscoring the Tigers by 15 points in the second half for a 70-59 win.

Key Stats for Clarkson (9-10, 5-7 Liberty League): The Golden Knights have lost six of their last seven games, due in large part to the Green and Gold coming up short in rebounds and on defense. Over the last eight games, the Knights have been out rebounded by opponents on six occasions and were tied one other after spending most of the season with a rebounding surplus in earlier games. Clarkson's defense has also been a shortfall recently with five of the last six opponents shooting 48.2% from the floor or better. Sophomore Braeden Burns continues to stand out for the Knights, reaching double figures in points for the past 15 contests.

Key Stats for Hobart (13-6, 7-5 Liberty League): The Statesmen have been demonstrably better on their home court than away from Bristol Gym. Hobart is 9-2 at home with an average winning margin of 6.8 points per game, while away from Geneva the team is 4-4 with a 1.1 points per game winning margin. Alex Moesch leads the team in scoring at 12.1 points per game, and he produced against the Knights to the tune of 18 points. Pat Healy is also averaging in double figures at 11.3 ppg while both Aidan Rodgers (9.7 ppg) and Carter Meshanic (9.4 ppg) are one big game away from hitting that mark as well.

Key Stats for RIT (6-12, 2-9 Liberty League): The Tigers rank fourth in the Liberty League in scoring at 72.9 points per game, but are dead last in points allowed, giving up 78.3 ppg while also ranking ninth in opponents' field goal percentage (43.1%). Four players are averaging double figures for the Tigers, led by Kenny Wilburn's 12.4 ppg, and he also adds 6.2 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per contest. Chase Dickens (11.8 ppg), Josiah Turner (11.1 ppg), and Matt Caggiano (10.4 ppg) are also in double digits, with Caggiano also ranking second in the conference in assists per contest (4.8 apg).
