Clarkson will travel to Dartmouth and Harvard looking to move closer to securing a home ice spot in the ECAC playoffs and lock in a first round bye.

The Knights are in 4th place with 26 points, while the Big Green are in 9th place with 20 points and the Crimson are in 10th place with 19 points.

Clarkson controls their own destiny for a top 4 finish and a first round bye. Union, the team behind the Knights in 5th and SLU in 6th, have the same exact teams to face down the stretch. Yale the team tied with SLU for 6th also has the same team to face down the stretch but has one less game to play.

Clarkson is 4-0-2 in their last 6 games vs the Big Green, including 3 shut outs in those six games. The Knights have averaged 3.8 goals against the Big Green over that span.

There is a good chance that the shot totals will be a little lower than normal....Clarkson is 3rd in the ECAC in blocked shots with 368 for 13.14 per game and Dartmouth is tops in the ECAC with 319 / 13.87 per game.  Trey Taylor leads the team in blocked shots (55), 1st in shots taken (72), tops in +/- at +15 and 3rd in penalty minutes (27).  The Knights are 10-3 when scoring first and 7-2-1 if they hold the lead after 1 period of play.  Clarkson is 4-1 when Martino scores and 5-2 when Marty has 2 or more points.
