The Knights dropped a 1-0 decision on the road tonight, despite out-shooting the Saints 30 to 23.
The Knights and Saints had a pretty even first period play with a slight shot advantage going to the Clarkson, 9-8. In the middle frame the Knights put the pressure on, out shooting SLU 11 to 3 but Saints Goalie, Emma-Sofie Nordström kept her team locked up at zero's.

In the 3rd period,
Brooke McQuigge would go off for Interference at 6:13 giving SLU their only power play of the game. At 7:48 Abby Hustler would get the lone goal of the game on the power play.

The Knights would get chances late with the extra attacker, but were unable to convert.Â

For the Knights they suffer only their 2nd loss of the season, but with the Colgate win over Harvard, then Knights drop 4.5 points behind the Raiders for the race for the Regular Season Title.

The two teams will move the series to Cheel for a 3:00 pm puck drop on Saturday.
