The Series: Clarkson split on the road against the Brewers and Raptors in early January. The Knights came away with a win against the Raptors by seven points while Ryan Miles-Ferguson netting 20 points in the victory. Versus Vassar, Miles-Ferguson had a career-high 34 points, but the Brewers held on for a four-point win.

Key Stats for Clarkson (10-7, 4-6 Liberty League): First-year standout Braeden Burns had another big game on Tuesday against St. Lawrence, scoring 28 points or more for the fourth time this season. Of the 13 instances in which a player has scored 28 points or better in the Liberty League this year, Burns now has four of those games, with only teammate Ryan Miles-Ferguson having more than one. Burns has done so thanks to a 79.3% success rate from the free throw line and a hard-nosed approach to getting in the lane for baskets. The three-time Liberty League Rookie of the Week has 99 made field goals, which ranks third in the conference.

Key Stats for Vassar (6-11, 4-6 Liberty League): The Brewers have their own high octane scorer in Shea Fitzgerald. Averaging 15.1 points per game, Fitzgerald has been even better in league games, producing 17.6 points per contest, which is bolstered considerably by a 34-point effort against St. Lawrence in early January. That 34-point effort is tied for the best individual performance in the conference this season. Avery Lee is also averaging 10.0 points per game and shooting 51.3% during conference games. Both Fitzgerald and Luke Adams are tough from the free throw line, shooting 85.7% and 82.6%, respectively.

Key Stats for Bard (10-7, 5-5 Liberty League): The Raptors have been streaky in conference games so far, winning their first three, then losing their next five before coming away with wins in the last two conference contests. Rowan Heinze ranks second in the league in field goal percentage (51.2%) and averages 13.4 points per contest to go along with six rebounds per game. Elliot Harris (11.7 ppg) and Laz Panagiotounis (11.3 ppg) also score in double figures, with Panagiotounis hitting 88.1% of his free throws. Entering the week, Bard ranked 10th in defensive field goal percentage (37.5%) and 21st in scoring defense (63.4 ppg).
