The Series: Back in early December, the two teams locked up for a tight 73-66 contest, which went in St. Lawrence's favor. After a low-scoring first half, both teams played at a 90-point paces the rest of the way. Four free throws in the final 15 seconds for St. Lawrence helped widen the margin.

Key Stats for Clarkson (10-6, 4-5 Liberty League): Despite its lowest-scoring output of the season on Friday, Clarkson still is tied for the conference leader in scoring at 80.4 points per game. The Knights have the second-most 3-pointers made in the league (161) and rank second in free throw percentage (74.4%). Ryan Miles-Ferguson leads the conference in scoring by nearly two points per contest (20.3 ppg) and has been even better in nine league games, averaging 22.0 ppg. He also leads the conference in field goals made (102) and free throws made (79).

Key Stats for St. Lawrence (11-4, 7-2 Liberty League): Unquestionably one of the top defensive teams in the country, the Saints are sixth in the nation in scoring defense (58.2 ppg), first in defensive field goal percentage (33.48%) and 21st in 3-point field goal defense (28.5%). The most points the Saints have allowed this season was 71 to RPI, but Clarkson's 66 back on December 6 is tied for second most allowed.
