Clarkson's 8 game unbeaten streak was snapped Friday night, as Arizona St. defeated the Knights 4-3 in Tempe.

Clarkson jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 2nd period when Chris Klack scored at 3:02.  Just three minutes later, ASU scored their first of four unanswered that chased Ethan Haider from the Clarkson nets.  Jacob Mucitelli took over in relief and the Knights went into the 2nd intermission down by 3.

Clarkson cut the lead in half just 25 seconds into the third period when Michael Underwood scored.  The Knights had several power plays in the thrid but were unable to connect.  Mathieu Gosselin scored with under a minute left to pull the Knights to within 1 goal, but that's where the game would end.

Ethan Haider allowed 4 goals on 20 shots, while Mucitelli saved all 12 shots he faced.  

Clarkson will face the Sun Devils again tomorrow at 7:05 pm central/9:05 eastern
