The Knights settled for a weekend split on the road as they dropped a 2-1 decision to Alaska Fairbanks.
The Nanooks were able to build a 2-0 lead with goals in the 2nd and 3rd period.
Zach Tsekos was able to pull the Knights to within 1 when he scored at the 18:46. The Knights mounted a furious rally of shots at the end with the extra attacker but were unable to even the game.
Ethan Haider made 25 saves in the losing effort.
Clakson took 9 penalties in the game and allowed 1 power play goal. The Knights were 0 for 6 on the Power Play.
