Skidmore jumped out to a 55-46 lead before the Golden Knights narrowed it to two points in the final minutes. The Thoroughbreds went 4-for-4 from the free throw line in the waning seconds to make the score 67-61.

Vitallo led all scorers with 19 points, shooting 8-for-13 from the floor, a season-high. He also added eight rebounds and five blocks. Josh Harner (Houston, TX) scored 11 points, but struggled from the floor at 4-for-16 shooting. Nick Jones added nine points and 11 rebounds.
